“Art is the imposing of a pattern on experience, and our aesthetic enjoyment is recognition of the pattern.”

Alfred North Whitehead.

This exhibition is a geometric exploration centered on the circle and the mathematical concept of pattern, developed through compositions generated by applying mathematical algorithms using architectural design tools. These are highly detailed works based on repetition and sequentially organized progressions, aimed at revealing the invisible abstract order that structures the universe.

The exhibition focuses on two main threads: geometric layering and organic codes, offering distinct approaches to the central theme. The first consists of a series of aluminum boxes featuring simple geometric shapes that interact through transparent layering, creating dynamic patterns of varying complexity. This technique explores the viewer’s limitless perceptual possibilities within a reality that is open-ended and dependent on their spatial position—where aesthetic change and novelty unfold in momentary, ephemeral, and personal agreements, blurring the boundary between artwork and observer.

The second thread—organic codes—draws from a mathematical and rhythmic investigation into the ways nature organizes itself. This series of prints on various media seeks to mathematically reproduce the rhythmic, branching, and seemingly random qualities found in natural biological systems, generating compositions that are balanced and aesthetically resonant with the viewer.
